KCNQ1OT1 affected proliferation, apoptosis and fibrosis by sponging miR-93-5p HG-induced HGMC and HRGEC. HGMC and HRGEC were transfected with si-NC, si-KCNQ1OT1, si-KCNQ1OT1 + anti-miR-NC, or si-KCNQ1OT1 + anti-miR-93-5p and then treated with HG.
